Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original technical packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely cushioned for transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the gear at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
